Buckeye Blast teams win titles at Run 4 Roses

The 2027 and 2030 Buckeye Blast teams went 5–0 at Run 4 Roses this past weekend, winning Platinum championships at the massive AAU girls basketball event in Louisville, Kentucky.

The 2027 Haerr group closed the week unbeaten. Emmie Leber, the 6-foot Norwalk forward, averaged 17.9 points, 8.9 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks. Thea Wybensinger scored 25 in the championship game.

The 2030s punched into the Platinum championship on their own board. Kami Beaston spent the summer playing up with the 2027s.
